Man with Van Services
Islington Man with Van offers reliable and efficient moving services within Islington and surrounding areas. Our services include:

Service Scope
Our services cover the loading, transportation, and unloading of your belongings, ensuring they arrive safely at the designated location.
Booking and Reservations
To book our services, customers must provide accurate information regarding the date, time, and specifics of the move. Reservations can be made through our online platform or by contacting our customer service.
Confirmation
Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent to the customer detailing the agreed service terms.
Changes to Booking
Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept various payment methods including:

Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and the Service Provider.
Cancellations by Customer
If a customer needs to cancel a booking, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations by Service Provider
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, customers will receive a full refund and assistance in rescheduling.
Liability and Insurance
Islington Man with Van is committed to ensuring the safety of your belongings.
Damage to Property
While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any damage to items unless caused by our negligence. Customers are advised to insure high-value items separately.
Personal Liability
Our liability is limited to the total value of the contracted service fees. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
Responsibilities of the Customer
Customers have certain responsibilities to ensure a smooth moving process.
Preparing Items for Transport
Items must be properly packed and ready for transport. It is the customer's responsibility to disassemble large furniture and secure fragile items.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from transport:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Valuable items without prior agreement
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be taken to mediation or legal proceedings as appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Islington Man with Van operates.
